Episode Description:
What if the place the world is going for spiritual encounters … is the exact place God is sending the Gospel?
What started as a mission trip to build a church for an isolated village deep in the jungles of Peru … turned into a journey we could have never expected.
We didn’t plan this. We didn’t target it. But we landed in Iquitos, Peru—
the ayahuasca capital of the world.
Every year, thousands fly into this remote Amazon city searching for healing, truth, and transcendence through ayahuasca and DMT.
Meanwhile, from the same airport, the same river, the same jungle—another mission is moving.
Not searching for revelation … but proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ.
Same city. Same river. Two completely different kingdoms at work.
In the first documentary produced by IGBY International Ministries, we take you on an excursion into the jungles of the Amazon, where we are partnering with a ministry that is building the kingdom of God in the heart of darkness.
And now is the time to get involved. We want to send dozens and dozens of missionaries to spread the light of the gospel … but we need your help.
Please watch until the end, and consider standing with us to make an amazing impact for God.
